3-5 years experience in Account in online media or digital advertising
Programmatic experience (either agency, network or as-tech company)
Proven track record in Dynamic environment
Strong record in selling to agency partners as well as end-clients
Strong record in building and maintaining relationships and to grow accounts
Skilled in identifying and evaluating opportunities
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Having a good level of analytical and organizational skills, able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Job Role :
Lead pitches and client meetings and articulate ideas and strategies with the team and potential clients alike
Deliver quality proposals and pitch documents including media plans, against deadlines.
Develop client relationships at all levels, from CMO to Brand Managers
Understand client objectives and formulate effective campaign strategies, pitch decks and proposals
Networking at key events, shows and lunches
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Leading internal and external brainstorms to come up with ideas in response to brief
Convert incoming briefs into live projects and adding business opportunities
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
